These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of hilloworks software licenses, downloads and other digital products.

Scope
These Terms apply to the use, testing and purchase of hilloworks software, downloads, licenses and other digital products.
By downloading, testing, using or purchasing a hilloworks product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the product.
Try before purchase
Most hilloworks products can be downloaded and tested before purchase. The free version allows you to evaluate the product, its basic features, compatibility and limitations before buying a paid license.
Please review the product page and test the free version before purchase to make sure the product is suitable for your setup and intended use.
Free, Beta and Pro versions
Some hilloworks products may be available as a free version, a Beta version or a paid Pro version.
Free and Beta versions may include limited, experimental or changing functionality. During a Beta period, some or all features may be available free of charge for testing and compatibility evaluation.
Beta versions are provided for evaluation and feedback. They may contain bugs, incomplete features or compatibility issues, and should not be relied on for critical work unless you have verified that the product is suitable for your own use.
We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue Free or Beta versions at any time. This does not affect any paid license rights that have already been granted under these Terms.
A paid Pro license unlocks the additional features described on the product page and during checkout. The exact license type, for example “Perpetual, version 1, one seat”, is shown before payment is completed.
Products and licenses
Purchases provide a software license for the selected hilloworks product and license term shown during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, the software is licensed, not sold. The license allows the customer to use the product according to the license type selected at checkout.
License holder, seats and activation
A paid license is linked to the email address or other contact information provided at the time of purchase. The license holder may be an individual person or an organization.
The selected license type is shown before payment is completed. For example, a “one seat” license allows one active installation or activation at a time, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
If the product is installed on a shared office, showroom or display computer, multiple people within the same license holder organization may use that activated installation. However, a one seat license may not be used to keep the product activated on multiple devices at the same time or to bypass the activation limit.
The license holder may deactivate, reset or move the license to another device according to the activation process provided with the product.
Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred to another person or organization, or shared outside the license holder organization without our approval.
If the contact information is incorrect or needs to be updated for a legitimate reason, please contact support@hilloworks.com. We may update the license holder information when reasonably necessary.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the download, license key or activation details by email or through the purchase confirmation page.
Payments and taxes
Prices, taxes and supported payment methods are shown before payment is completed.
The exact product, license type, price, VAT, payment method and delivery method are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
For consumer purchases, the total price including applicable VAT is shown before the order is placed.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing, country, tax status and VAT information during checkout.
VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated based on the information provided by the customer and, where available, payment provider or billing information.
If the provided information appears incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent, we may ask for additional information, correct the tax treatment where required, delay delivery, cancel the order or issue a refund.
Business customers are responsible for providing a valid VAT number or other relevant tax identification information where applicable.
Digital content and withdrawal
Because hilloworks products are delivered digitally, access to the product may begin immediately after payment.
If you are a consumer and request immediate delivery, you acknowledge that the delivery starts immediately and that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the delivery has begun.

Supported platforms, system requirements and known limitations are described on each product page. Please review this information before purchasing.
Updates
A license may include updates during the license term if this is stated on the product page or during checkout. We may release updates to improve compatibility, security or functionality.
Misuse and license termination
We may suspend or terminate a license if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the license has been misused or that these Terms have been materially breached.
Misuse includes, for example, sharing license credentials outside the license holder organization, reselling or transferring a license without permission, using a one-seat license to maintain multiple active installations at the same time, attempting to bypass license checks or activation limits, payment fraud, chargebacks related to unauthorized use, or other unauthorized use of the product.
Where reasonable, we will contact the license holder before terminating a license and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
Feedback and Beta testing
If you send us feedback, bug reports, compatibility notes or suggestions, you allow us to use that feedback to improve hilloworks products without any obligation to compensate you.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive or personal information in feedback unless it is necessary for support or troubleshooting.

Defects and refunds
If a product does not work as described, please contact support. We will try to correct the issue, provide guidance or, where appropriate, offer a refund according to applicable consumer protection rules.

Personal data related to orders, payments, licenses and support is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
